         Terms and Condition/ Booking fees

The PRP Clinic we strongly believe in ethical practice,  for this reason we try to keep our terms and conditions simple and easy to understand.


Consultation and Booking Fees


Consultation by phone:-   Free

Consultation in person (on request):-  £50

Treatment booking deposit:- £100



We have had to reluctantly introduce non refundable deposits to book treatments due to rising numbers of missed appointments.

Our phone consultations are still free but  we require clients to make a £100 holding deposit to secure an appointment for treatments, which is fully redeemable against any treatment at our clinics. All booking  deposit fees are taken at the time of booking following consultation.


The holding deposit is redeemable up to 12 months from your consultation date.


Deposits and Cancellation Policy


Holding deposit/consultation fee are non-refundable should you fail to attend your appointment or cancel outside of our 48-hour cancellation policy.


If you have purchased a course of treatments, we may charge you the full cost of the session in case of no-show or last minute cancellations / reschedules. If a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending at the last minute, or you are in receipt of a medical certificate stating that you were too ill to attend, we may refund at our discretion without any penalties. We understand things can happen and sometimes being late is unavoidable. However this can have a knock on effect for other appointments that day. Therefore after 15 minuets the appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show. 



Courses of Treatments

All pre-paid courses are non-refundable.



Outcome of Treatments

Results for every treatment will vary from person to person. We always aim to provide you with the best results, however the possibility and nature of complications cannot be accurately anticipated and therefore, there can be no guarantee as expressed or implied either as to the success or other result of the treatment(s). 



Your Right To Complain

We endeavour to make your time with us a positive experience but if you feel we have fallen short of this you have the right to complain to us which will be dealt with by the clinic manager who will try to resolve your complaint.

Age Restrictions

Due to regulations, we regret we cannot treat persons less than 18 years of age.
